Is it a vinyl overlay or laminate?

• No, this is not an overlay or lamination process. The special powder coating is colored by a secondary process. The process sublimates the color into the powder coating.

Is the finish durable?

• Yes! Mosaix's^™ finish has passed extensive chemical, corrosion, UV and weathering tests. Madix has also performed abrasion tests and the finish is as resistant to repeated abrasion cycles as all other Madix powder coating finishes. The finish has passed numerous international standards for durability including Qualicoat and Architectural testing AAMA 2603-02 and 2604-02.

What can be coated?

• Any metal surface, including aluminum, can be coated with Mosaix finishes.
