  • 401K Retirement Plan

    The 401(k) savings plan allows the employee to elect how much salary they want to contribute and to direct the investment of their plan account, so that a tailored retirement package will meet individual’s needs. Madix may contribute on a discretionary basis an additional matching amount to each employee’s 401(k) contribution.
